We are not responsible for misuse, improper care, or failure to follow instructions.

3. Prescription & Eye Health Responsibility

Some lenses may require a valid prescription depending on your local laws.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that the lenses you purchase are suitable for your eyes.
We are not liable for any eye irritation, infection, allergic reaction, or injury resulting from improper use.

4. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in AED and may change without notice.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
Payment must be completed in full before orders are processed.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, contact lenses cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Refunds or replacements may only be issued if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photographic evidence.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
