1. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1 business days after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- During high-demand periods, processing times may be extended.

Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping Europe : 3-5 business days
- Standard Shipping Middle East : 3-5
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days (if available)

3. Shipping Costs
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
- Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Order Tracking

- Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear.
5. Incorrect Address
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
- We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Reshipping fees may apply if an order is returned to us.
6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.
- If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.
- We are not liable for stolen packages after delivery.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the product and packaging
Eligible cases may receive a replacement or refund at our discretion.
8. Undeliverable & Returned Packages
- Packages returned due to failed delivery attempts, refusal, or unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for resending the package.
